1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the high-fidelity aviation training terminal located at http://sacaa.flycentric.com (the “Platform”), you (the “User,” “Pilot,” or “Student”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the User and Flycentric.com (the “Company”). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must terminate your session immediately.

2. Nature of Service and Educational Disclaimer

Flycentric.com provides a digital environment for aviation exam preparation and performance analytics.

Independent Provider: The Company is a private, independent training entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) or any other governmental aviation body.
No Guarantee of Results: While our terminal is designed to reflect high-fidelity exam standards, the Company provides no guarantee, express or implied, that the use of this Platform will result in a passing score on official government examinations or the issuance of any aviation license.
Study Aid Only: The content provided is for supplemental educational purposes and does not replace official flight instruction or certified ground school requirements.

3. User Conduct and Activity Monitoring

To maintain the security of our “System Guard” and to provide advanced educational feedback, the Company employs rigorous session monitoring.

Consent to Tracking: By using this Platform, you provide explicit, irrevocable consent to the recording of your login and logout timestamps, your navigation paths across the website, and your interaction with all quiz modules.
Purpose of Monitoring: This data is used exclusively to generate your personalized Progress Report, highlighting “Strong Areas” and “Weak Areas,” and to protect the Platform from unauthorized automated access (bots).
Prohibited Actions: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass, decompile, or “scrape” data from the terminal. Any detected attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or tracking scripts will result in immediate account termination and a permanent IP ban.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to quiz questions, proprietary algorithms, the “System Guard” logic, the terminal interface design, and the Flycentric logo—are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Limited License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for personal, non-commercial study.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or “screen-record” any portion of the Platform without prior written authorization from the Company.

5. Sponsored and Government Entity Provisions

For Users whose access is funded or mandated by a Government Entity or Aviation Authority:

Identity Verification: You are required to provide accurate employee serial numbers or identity markers if mandated by your sponsoring organization.
Data Disclosure: You acknowledge and agree that the Company is authorized to share your full activity logs, including time spent on modules and exam performance, with your sponsoring entity for compliance and certification purposes.

6. Account Security and Individual Use

Single User Access: Accounts are issued for individual use only. “Account sharing” or allowing multiple individuals to utilize a single set of credentials is a material breach of these terms.
Credential Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flycentric.com, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

User Responsibility: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or professional consequences (including aviation licensing delays) arising from your use or inability to use the terminal.
Technical Failures: The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform maintenance on the “System Guard” at any time.

8. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Company’s intellectual property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates (South Africa), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
