To maintain the integrity of our “System Guard” security and provide advanced training analytics, we monitor and record technical data during every session:

Temporal Logging: We record exact Login and Logout timestamps for every session to track total flight/study duration.
Navigation Paths: We track User activity across the website to optimize the terminal interface and detect unauthorized bot behavior.
Performance Metrics: We track all quiz responses, exam scores, and module completion rates. This data is utilized to generate a comprehensive Progress Report, which identifies your Strong Areas (exam readiness) and Weak Areas (knowledge gaps requiring further study).

5. Web Browser Cookies and Tracking Technology

Our Platform uses “cookies” to enhance User experience and ensure session persistence.

Strictly Necessary Cookies: We set a temporary cookie on the login page to verify if your browser accepts cookies. This contains no personal data and is discarded upon closing the browser.
Session Cookies: Upon login, we establish cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences.
“Remember Me” Functionality: If selected, your login will persist for a duration of two weeks. If you log out, these authentication cookies are immediately removed.

6. Sponsored and Government Entity Provisions

Specific exceptions to our data collection limits apply to Users whose access is sponsored by a Government Entity or Aviation Authority:

Identification Requirements: Sponsoring bodies may mandate the collection of employee serial numbers or specific identity markers for certification verification.
Mandatory Reporting: Flycentric.com is contractually obligated to share performance data, activity logs, and time-stamped session data with the sponsoring body to verify training compliance.

7. Data Retention and Protection

Retention: For registered Users, we store the personal information provided in their user profile indefinitely, or until the account is deleted.
Security: We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.
Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates.

8. Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have an account on this Platform, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
